Must I take a test?
Depending on the job, you may be asked to do a paper-and-pen test or skills assessment on numeracy, spelling, computer skills, etc..
What happens after the test?
The facilitator will discuss with you on your needs, preferences and personality, so that we find for you the right job in the right organization.
When happens after the discussion?
If there are suitable openings, we will seek your permission for us to approach the company/organization for you. If there are no suitable vacancies currently available, we will search and contact you once we find one. Please keep in contact with us, so that we continue to provide you with latest openings and opportunities.
Do I need to pay any fees?
As much as we can, we keep our operating costs low. When there are actual expenses to be incurred, e.g. travel to interviews, employment/skills pass applications, on-site discussion, we may charge some logistic and administrative fees. The facilitator will advise you during the discussion on our straight-forward and honest fee structure. |
