How do ISFnet ensure the quality of the candidate, before the company interview?
Our facilitator conducts paper/skill test, face-to-face discussion, and summarize our findings to you. You can save time and leverage on our quality-assurance system. With conscious effort, flexibility and honest feed-forward/feed-back, we work with you to get the best talents for your company.
What happens after the company interview?
You decide and advise us on the fit (or gap). For the successful candidate, we will proceed with application of Employment/Skills pass. For non-successful candidate, we will communicate the mismatch and proceed with another candidate for you.
When can the successful candidate start working with the company?
For employment in Singapore, as soon as the employment/skills pass is approved and the medical examination is completed.
How much does the company need to pay?
